I have been a customer of this mental health organization for a few years now, and overall, I am satisfied with the level of care I have received. The staff is professional and always willing to listen to my concerns. They have helped me navigate through some difficult times, and I appreciate their support. However, there have been instances where I felt that the wait times could have been shorter.
