Merlene M Schumacher is an average company to work with. They have a decent product lineup, but their customer service is lacking. The staff is friendly enough, but they often seem overwhelmed and unable to handle customer inquiries efficiently. I had a few issues with my order and it took multiple emails and phone calls to get them resolved. Overall, I would say they are just average and there are probably better options out there.
