I found Bell Jewelers, Inc. to be an average company. The quality of their jewelry was satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. The staff was friendly and helpful, although they seemed a bit overwhelmed when I visited. Overall, my experience with Bell Jewelers, Inc. was not exceptional, but it was also not terrible.
