Definatly not a good place to work for. Worked for this company for a couple of years. I was out on FMLA medical leave and was unjustly fired. While employed, I followed the rules to a T. They mailed me a termination packet with no explaination of my termination. They terminated me due to my disability. Employees were quoted saying it. All in all this is like a high school. They also dont do reviews or adjust wages for inflation because no reviews have been done in six years. Also they have not adjusted wages in over a decade. The president of the company would continuously refuse to meet. If you have a family your whole check will go to the 250.00 a week medical plan. I did not plan on posting this but they continue to discriminate to this very day which is 7/11/17. if anyone has any questions please contact me.
