I am so annoyed about Watts Group. A company lack of faith! Me and my previous roommate rented our apartment in Coralville. I was the one who paid the entire security deposits. Watts group s policy was that, if I paid the all the deposits, then I should be the one who will receive all the deposits after the lease is done. However, I do not what hell is going wrong!! This was happening in October, 2018. After the Christmas, I was told that my deposits would be split into half ( one would be mine, the other would be my roommate s) And all this happened without my agreement!! I do not know what they talked about with my previous roommate. But I did not sign or agree with that. What kinds of right that you have to transfer my money to the other? A company which is lack of faith! DO NOT Trust Watts Group!!! When you sign the lease, they treat you like God, after you paid the money, you serve Watts Group!! Not they serve you!
