I recently used a credit control agency for the first time and it was a fairly average experience. The service provided by Getitpaid.com was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The overall outcome was positive, though there were a few communication hiccups along the way. It's good to have such agencies available, but there is room for improvement.
