I m sure this doesn t apply to ALL the staff, but ...

I m sure this doesn t apply to ALL the staff, but everyone that treated me my last few visits were very rude. They dismissed my concerns and treated me as if I were an inconvenience. I waited two hours in the ER, watching people come in after me and getting called back before me. Not to mention I came to the ER because they failed to give me proper care months ago. Very displeased
