Frequent breakdowns, underwhelming support, and vague documentation are the three main issues I have faced with Rfmicron, inc. products. However, I must say that their customer service is quite responsive and tries their best to resolve the issues. If they can improve their product reliability and provide clearer documentation, it would greatly enhance the experience for customers like me.
