The Bulwarks is a top notch training academy. I came from Tennessee to attend and am enormously glad that I did. The first "tell" that they were consumate professionals was their stress on "safety, safety, safety." The skills I picked up were numerous, and I have continued to work on them in the ensuing year or so. Great outfit!
