I had an average experience with Empower therapy. While the therapist was knowledgeable and professional, I felt that the sessions lacked a personal touch. The website was easy to navigate and book appointments, but the overall experience fell short of my expectations. There were no major issues, but there was nothing that stood out either. I would consider trying other therapy options before returning to Empower therapy.
