I am a CUSTOMER and I must say that Dolphin integration is an average company. Their website, dolphin-integration.com, seems quite user-friendly. However, I feel that their customer service could be improved. The response time is sometimes slow and it can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate Dolphin integration as average.
