I was moderately satisfied with the hardwood flooring I bought from Hootie Hardwood, INC. The product quality was average and the installation process went smoothly. The customer service provided was decent, but I did face some issues with delayed responses to my queries. Despite these minor inconveniences, the flooring looks decent in my home.
