I recently had the opportunity to shop on iquinox.de, and while my experience was not bad, it was not outstanding either. The website is decent, and the product range is satisfactory. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my query, and the resolution provided was not entirely satisfactory. Overall, I would rate my experience with IQUINOX as average.
