I had a mixed experience with Blade-Creative. While the overall quality of their work was good, I found their customer service lacking. It took them longer than expected to respond to my queries and they were not very proactive in keeping me updated about the progress of my project. However, once I contacted them, they resolved my issues promptly. I would rate their services as average.
