I have been attending pilates classes at Cobham Pilates Ltd and it has been an incredible journey! The instructors are highly qualified and create a supportive and friendly atmosphere. The studio is clean, well-maintained, and has all the necessary equipment. The classes are well-paced and tailored to individual needs. Highly recommend!
