The experience with Iave mexico was really average. I expected better customer service and a smoother process. The website idmexico.com was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, the overall experience left much to be desired. There were some delays in the delivery of the product and the communication was not up to par. I have used other companies in the past and had much better experiences.
