I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hostel from iyha.org.il and it was an amazing experience. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also great, with easy access to all the attractions in the area. I highly recommend staying at an Israel Youth Hostel!
