I've been to many personal trainers and gyms in Buffalo and Next Level Training is the best I've been to- and I'm saying that after joining only 1 month ago! Rich is a no BS trainer who is extremely knowledgable and knows how to get long term results for his clients. He's not like many of the other trainers I've been to who put you on a gimmicky diet where you lose lots of weight in a month only to gain it back and then some. I started seeing results my first week and I definitely have not been depriving myself of anything. I highly recommend both the 1-on-1s and group challenges- both are super motivating and not intimidating for any first time gym goers. Also the gym is in a very convenient location and you cannot beat the prices!
