I've had mixed experiences with Grupo mallo. Some products I ordered were of great quality and exceeded my expectations. However, I encountered some disappointing products as well. The customer service is responsive, but their solution to the problems was not always satisfactory. I appreciate their efforts, but there is room for improvement.
