I recently made a purchase from ritukumar.com and I must say, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the overall online shopping process was smooth. However, I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the product I received. The material was not as luxurious as I had expected and there were a few loose threads. The customer service was prompt in responding to my queries, but the issue with the product was not fully resolved. The delivery time was within the promised timeframe, which was a plus. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of product quality and customer service. I may consider giving this company another chance in the future, but for now, it was an average experience.
