🔧⚙️ Allen Transmission has been my go-to for all my transmission needs. Their website is easy to navigate, providing all the necessary information about their services. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, addressing any concerns I had. They were prompt in diagnosing and fixing my transmission issue. However, the service provided was just average; nothing exceptional that truly stood out. The pricing was reasonable and competitive. They were able to get my vehicle back up and running, but there was no extra effort put into the overall customer experience. The only downside was the lack of communication during the repair process, as I had to follow up multiple times for updates. Despite this, I appreciate their expertise and would consider using them again for future transmission needs.
