The experience of using Pony oil was overall average. The products were not exceptional, but they got the job done. I appreciated the fast shipping and the reasonable prices. However, the customer service could have been better. The representatives were not very knowledgeable and didn't seem very interested in helping me with my queries. There is definitely room for improvement in that area.
