I recently had the opportunity to work with a photography company for an event, and my experience with them was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good showcase of their work. However, the communication and responsiveness could have been better. It took a while to get a response to my initial inquiry and then additional follow-up emails. The photographer assigned to my event was professional and had a good eye for capturing moments. However, there were a few instances where I felt they missed some important shots. The final edited photos were satisfactory, although I did find some minor inconsistencies in the editing style. Overall, the company provided an average service and delivered what was expected. However, there is room for improvement in their communication and attention to detail.
