I just found out some really sad news. Sun Toyota just fired one of their best sales people. I know there is 2 sides to a story but I have known Mr Carlos Allicock for almost 5 years now. He is kind, very intelligent, polite and always helpful. He has always gone out of his way to see that my car and truck desires were met! My husband and I were even thinking of purchasing another vehicle, but not now! Sun Toyota has plenty of other sales people they should have gotten rid of before Carlos. There are rude sales people there in my opinion, there are lazy ones, that I see just sittings around every time I'm in the dealership. By firing Carlos , Sun Toyota just loss me as a customer, I will never refer anyone to them again, as I have several times in the past. It's a shame that it's the good people who pay the price for not being perfect!
