I recently purchased an appliance from this company's website and I must say, I had an average experience overall. The website itself was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of appliances to choose from. However, I did encounter some issues with the delivery process. The estimated delivery time was not accurate, leading to a delay in receiving my purchase. Additionally, the customer service was average at best. Although the representative was polite, they were not able to provide me with a satisfactory solution to the delivery delay. On a positive note, the appliance itself is working fine and meets my expectations. While my experience was not exceptional, it was also not terrible. I would give this company an average rating for their services.
