I recently had the opportunity to work with Trinity Machined Products and overall, I would rate my experience as average. While their website is user-friendly and showcases their range of products, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had a few inquiries and it took them quite some time to respond, which was a bit frustrating. The quality of the products I received was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Although they offer competitive pricing, I felt that the delivery time could have been improved as it took longer than expected for my order to arrive. Additionally, I would have appreciated more detailed product descriptions on the website, as it was sometimes difficult to understand the specifications and capabilities of the products.
