One in a Million. I have just done my second mortgage transaction with Shannon, and she is absolutely amazing. She is always available for any questions that I have and is extremely knowledgeable. There is not a question that she can't answer. She is extremely positive, encouraging, and very real. I would recommend her to anyone and in fact have done so numerous times.
