I recently used the services of this company to obtain necessary permits for my construction project. The website was user-friendly and provided clear information about the services offered. However, I found the communication to be lacking at times, with delays in responding to my inquiries. The process took longer than anticipated, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. On the positive side, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful when they did respond. Overall, the experience was average.
