I had a mixed experience with Hamilton insurance & financial management. While their policy options were extensive and the rates were competitive, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The representatives were not very knowledgeable and it took multiple calls to get my issues resolved. Overall, I am satisfied with the coverage I received, but the service could definitely improve.
