I recently used this company to help me with my insurance claim. The experience was pretty average. 🤷‍♂️ The website was easy to navigate and had some useful information, but I found it a bit lacking in terms of personalized support. 🤔 The communication was okay, but I had to follow up quite a few times to get updates. Overall, they got the job done, but it didn't feel very special. I think there's room for improvement in terms of customer service and making clients feel more valued.👍
