I recently used swimoc.com for swim lessons, and I have to say the service was average. 🏊 The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of classes offered. However, the communication from the company could have been clearer, and I found it difficult to get in touch with customer service at times. The instructors were knowledgeable, but the overall experience was not as personalized as I had hoped. While the facilities were clean and well-maintained, I felt that the pricing was a bit high for what was offered. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and value for money.
