Very bad internet connection. Of course, all on a bad infrastructure. Moreover, the router is one that could have been bought in 1980 from a fair in a small city in Tanzania. As for the services, I never saw a busimess that can actually care less than here. Call center is a disgrace, especially the technical one, responses are outside any common sense rules, prices for services are mentioned even when they need to fix their mistakes, outrageous. All in all, a terrible overal experience. So many stories to tell, so little time. But all stories related to this company have a sad crocodile tears ending.
