I had a mixed experience with Bonomi. While the website is well-designed and easy to navigate, I found the customer support to be lacking. They took longer than expected to respond to my queries and were not very helpful in resolving my issues. However, once my concerns were escalated, they did their best to address them. Overall, I have mixed feelings about Bonomi.
