I recently relied on the services of a care center and had a mixed experience. While the care provided was satisfactory, I found the communication between staff members to be lacking. There were instances where important information was not properly relayed, causing confusion and delays. However, the facility was clean and well-maintained, and the staff showed genuine care. With some improvements in communication, this care center has the potential to provide excellent service.
