I had a mixed experience with Bridal Tapestry. While the website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of dresses, the customer service was lacking. It took several attempts to get a response, and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but the customer service could use improvement.
