I had a mixed experience with Concentric hr ltd. While their website was impressive and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and sometimes nonexistent. It took several follow-up emails just to get a simple answer. On the positive side, their rates were competitive and the final product delivered was of good quality.
