I had an okay experience with Zand electronic. The website was easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for. The product I ordered arrived in a timely manner and was as described. However, the customer service could have been better. They took a while to respond to my inquiry and didn't provide a satisfactory resolution. Overall, it was an average experience.
