I have ordered their products for 5 years. They just changed their vendor for the labels and the adhesive DOESN'T"T stick! The clothing stamp is much smaller than it appears and that washed off after the first washing. They are based out of Canada. We will see how they do with their return policy. I will update if they take responsibility for their product defect.
