I worked with Linda Pham in my most recent job search. Linda is hands-down the best recruiter that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She focuses on the needs and desires of her client and comes quickly to a deep understanding of these needs as well as roles/companies for which her client would be a good match. In my case she recalled when we met two years ago even though that didn't pan out into an opportunity that she placed me with, which is a true testament to her values of getting to know people as individuals. I could not more highly recommend her.
