I went in on a Saturday to get my phone's headphone jack fixed. Hazem asked me incisive questions about the issue, and although the shop did not carry the part, he told me that he would replace the part if I brought in the replacement.

I ordered the part, and took it, along with my phone, back to Hazem for him to replace it - one hour before closing on a Wednesday. He was very gracious and courteous, and had the jack replaced and the phone fully functional again in under 45 minutes. I had to wait about 25 minutes for him to finish the previous repair, so he even worked until 10 minutes after closing to make sure my phone was completely fixed.

On top of all that, the repair only cost me $10. Hazem is now the only person I will trust to fix my phone. I cannot reccomend him more highly. If you live in DC, and need your phone fixed, go see Hazem.
