I had a mixed experience with a real estate company called Murphy Real Estate Group INC. Their website, murphyrealestategroup.com, was easy to navigate, but I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their answers were not very informative. I expected better service considering the reputation of the company. Disappointed.
