Beyond frustrated with Loancare. I requested a reimbursement of my mortgage payment after there was an accidental double payment. After submitting through the online source, I heard nothing, so I called 2 days later. I was then told I could be reimbursed if I followed the steps. I did that and again heard nothing after the 3 days I was told it could take. After that I called again only to be told that the request would take 3 days, but accounting had another 5 to process the request. And on that it would be mailed back to me.
I am now an exact month out from when the double payment went in. I have still yet to receive a check with the money back, and now am due again for a mortgage payment before ever recieving back from the first request. Hopefully my reimbursement check will come before I get charged a late fee on my bill.
Again, beyond frustrated with this process and the ripple effect it has had our family finances. I just wanted my money back to pay bills and now to pay mortage again.
