In this era of desired GOOD customer service - how in the hell can Loancare exist? Worse customer service on the planet.
My suggestion to who ever reads this - when getting a mortgage ask who will service the loan - if LoanCare run!!! Even if you have a great mortgage originator, it is not worth it if you have to deal with Loancare for another 15-30 years as they service your mortgage.
Its pretty telling when you can't simply press zero to talk to someone. I've gone thru over 1/2 dz phone trees to finally get a point to actually talk with someone.
Between an almost monthly debate on insurance coverage to why the auto draft works intermittently, dealing with loan servicers should be minimal but not with Loancare it is a constant interaction.
