I wasn't entirely satisfied with my recent purchase from borellis.co.uk. The product I received had a minor defect, and it was a bit of a hassle to get it resolved. However, the customer service team eventually helped me out and I managed to get a replacement. The quality of the product itself is good, but the overall experience could have been better.
