This dealership has gone to complete crap since AutoNation took over. They have raised their prices, done away with the loyalty program for oil changes and the website is not user friendly at all. I've taken my car in on several occasions and even with an appointment have had to wait until the next day to even hear back from the Service Advisers and left numerous messages with them. You can tell most of the employees hate their jobs, they don't smile and are very rude. It's really too bad because this dealership when it was San Tan Honda was quite exceptional.
