I recently hired a research company for a project and decided to go with Action Research Foundation. Overall, my experience was satisfactory. While they delivered the desired outcome, there were a few areas where they could have improved. However, their professionalism and commitment to meeting deadlines were noteworthy. I would consider working with them again in the future.
