I had a mixed experience with Kose corporation india pvt ltd. While their products are of good quality, I had some issues with their customer service. They were slow in responding to my queries and did not provide a satisfactory solution to my problem. However, once I escalated the issue, they were quick to resolve it. Overall, I would rate them as average.
