I have been a customer of Tangent mind llc for a while now and I can confidently say that their services are average. While they provide decent quality products, their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. I have had some issues with their products and when I reached out to their support team, the response was slow and not very helpful. I hope they improve their support system in the future.
