No surprise to find that they have a 1 star rating...

No surprise to find that they have a 1 star rating. If I could I would give them zero and sue the s**t out of them. After causing us to incur fines due to their inability to clear our shipments, they basically hold our future shipments hostage and arm twist us to pay the fines for them. Do not engage their services.
