Spam cold calling after any change in listing. Very intrusive and irritating - that can't be how people actually choose a realtor is it?? Please stop.

UPDATE - Different property over 2 years later and I'm newly receiving unwanted spam texts from this company. That's impressive commitment to slimy tactics. DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR DEAR LAWD
